is the tilt over?

Well I dropped quite a few more $$
Didnt eat into my starting BR and with the bonuses unlocked along the way I am still relatively ok.
However I had a reasonable session last night. Didnt make any of my "ah sod it" calls when I know I am well behind. Also didnt join into family pots with rag hands just because "I had the odds" That is an area where I excel in stacking off, half hit a flop with trash and can't let go. So I have stopped giving myself the opportuntiy.

I also took the time where I would normally be fishing around to actually watch some of the other players. Very entertaining when a guy pushed 3/4 of his stack with a 9 high flush only to be instacalled with a guy with the K high. Serves him right for calling with 69 PF Imo

A bit o'tilt

I may have lost focus a little...

Ok I may have lost a lot.
I have been steadily winning since my Jan "reset" but not this weekend.
Lost about 1/3 of what I had held on one poker site, mainly due to being over aggro and also not believing my reads.
Stuff like trying to push a rock off a pot after he had raised PF and then bet out on a K high flop. I held AQ, he held KK ldo.
BAsically no one to blame but me. Not the cards, not variance but me. (Well there was one or two beats but on the whole all down to muggins here)

Anyhow I get an email commiserating at my massive loss and offering me a $25 bonus if I redeposit. With the $25 being paid up front! Now obviously what this translates to is. Hey Fish! People like you are good for the site. You keep donating and keep our regs in coke and hookers.

SO I have taken the bait. Gonna have at least a day or two off though and try and get back into the game fresh..

So this is feb?

Snow outside! However not sufficient to stop me getting into work tomorrow morning. Bugger.
Apparently I will get some money this week, so that will be part payment for November. Suppose that is worth going in for.

Pokerwise, my graph has plateaued, mind you I have only played a few hours. A disastrous drop down to $2nl when bored led to a drop of a massive $6! The truth is that I cannot win against tables full of "bad players". Now before you howl at me, those are the players you want to play against! I have a small counter argument. The standard line is "they don't respect my raises" and "how can you put em on a hand if they don't know themselves" Well I think thats bollox in the main. The reason I lose at that level is that *I* play badly there. The buy in isn't enough to hold my attention, even with my restricted bankroll. *I* don't respect their raises. Snap calling "obvious river bluffs" when in reality they have hit their runner runner straight after they called a 6bb PF raise wit 47off and that is why they are pushing. It's because they hold the nuts!

I have since made the cashback at the rate of a couple of $$ per hour sat on the 10c20c tables where I have some focus :-)
Not going brilliantly though. It's quite disheartening when 1 table has loads of folks donating $$ and the other bleeding cash. So often I have doubled up on 1, via lots of small pots. However have dropped the same amount on the other, where it seems I cant catch a card and the table has the one calling station that is in every single pot with me so bluffs fail every time. Oh and I get a walk in the bb everytime I hold AA, KK.
Not planning on trying 3 tables just yet, It may flatten that feelling out but I don't think I am ready for that. I have tried in the past and it usually isn't pretty.
